And with the commentary on the weather out of the way, let me yap about the various ongoings happening this month and the upcoming ones.

may: omegaverse yuri jam

I’ve decided to participate in Omegaverse Yuri Jam (https://itch.io/jam/omegaverse-yuri-jam) this year with a short game, “My Affection that Dies.”

“My Affection that Dies” is a bite-sized story told through CGs and cut-in sketches. A zombie apocalypse tragedy set in an omegaverse universe, telling the ending of a beta and an omega.

Here’s a sneak peek screenshot for newsletter people to see first!

I’d like for the game to be released by end of May to carve out time for a potential Toxic Yuri Jam entry as summer rolls around. The art and writing are complete, so what’s left to do are scripting touchups, sound, and some UI-related elements.

Keep an eye out for this black-red-white yurige!

june: battle action fantasy vn jam

Speaking of jams, I’d also like to remind folks that our annual chuunige jam is happening again this June. If you’re interested in making chuunige or reading them, do check out the 2026 edition of Battle Action Fantasy VN Jam too!

july: olga doesn’t die steam release

And just to talk about July as well, Olga Doesn’t Die will be releasing on Steam early July (start of Q3). Be sure to wishlist our historical yuri visual novel if you’re interested and leave a review when it’s out.
